Nico Latta, Founder and Owner of Latta Construction & Remodeling, built this company on a simple belief: do the job right the first time, treat people with respect, and stand behind your work.
As a military veteran with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, I bring discipline, precision, and dedication to every project I take on. My military training shaped my work ethic and attention to detail, values that continue to guide how I operate my business today.
Throughout my career, I have gained hands-on experience across all areas of the trades, allowing me to confidently manage and execute both residential and commercial construction projects. From initial planning to final completion, I am committed to delivering quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and reliability.
I take pride in instilling military values such as integrity, accountability, teamwork, and strong leadership into every job. My mission is not only to build structures, but to build trust with my clients by providing dependable service and results that stand the test of time
Michael Beeman-Foreman
Michael Beeman is a Foreman at Latta Construction & Remodeling with over 15 years of experience leading teams on both commercial and residential projects. He manages day-to-day site operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Michael has supervised projects ranging from custom homes to large-scale build-outs. He is skilled in site planning, crew management, and problem-solving on complex construction tasks. His leadership style emphasizes communication, accountability, and mentorship, helping team members grow while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Michael takes pride in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, and spending time with his family.
Joel Whittaker-Journeyman
Joel Whittaker is a Finish Carpenter, Painter, and General Laborer at Latta Construction & Remodeling with over 6 years of experience in creating polished, high-quality results. He specializes in finish carpentry, interior and exterior painting, drywall finishing, and general labor tasks that support multiple areas of a construction project.
Joel has contributed to residential, commercial, and renovation projects, using his skills and versatility to help the team meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. He is known for his precision, creativity, and strong work ethic, ensuring that every task he takes on meets the company’s and client’s expectations.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, golfing, and competing in his bowling leagues.
